What’s included?
The price includes: night-storage heating, all electricity, linen, towels and a starter pack comprising milk, tea, coffee, sugar, detergent, washing-up liquid, dishwasher powder and toilet rolls. Visitors provide their own consumables thereafter.

Pets
We accept pets but they must be kept under control at all times. They must not be left unattended in the cottage and are not allowed in any of the bedrooms. There is an extra charge per pet.

Cleaning
You will be required (by your contract) to leave the property clean and tidy - to clean up excess sand, dirt, pet hairs, etc All dishes must be clean or undergoing a clean in the dishwasher when you leave.

Accidental damage
Accidents can happen. We will not charge for minor breakages, etc. if you let us know so we can try to provide replacements for you and the next visitors. Please be careful (and try not to lose any more teaspoons)!

Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel for any reason we will try to re-let the period of your booking and return what you have paid less any discount we have to offer for the new booking. If we are not able to find another customer there will be no refund. You may wish to buy holiday insurance.
